Swerteng MALAS - Lucky One Award

Last Friday night my buddy's gal friend, invited us to their Oktober fest - Entitled Crave Sip Imbibe. So when I was on my way, I was at Buendia bridge mga 7:55pm. I got hit behind by a huge SUV. Went down my car with a loud tone.

"Seriously, I just got my car yesterday at Mazda Pasong Tamooo...............!"

Girl. looked like 17 years old. We exchanged numbers.

"I am so sorry, my name is Mia Martinez, I won't runway, I am a student too, can I get your number?"

I smirked, forgotten the madness I was suppose to show. She was pretty mannered, and I don't want to sound unprofessional/cheap. I mean I am just so tired to argue as well. I am sick of magulo. So we just settled and she gave me my participation fee for my insurance.

Just when I arrived at the venue, I let loose, I drank too much beer. Then she, introduced me to her, and we played beer pong. I was pretty amazed at her throwing skills. My night ended up realizing that I surprisingly like her. Its kind of odd for me, cause I never liked girls who are amazingly cool and thin. I mean I am such an old school lover. She's fun. I like fun.

I knew I was a bit flirting that night, cause I remember having the guts to invite her out with us(buddy and gal friend). Then I asked for her number. We texted, then she fell asleep. The next morning, I lost a huge glimmer of hope, and lucky me she texted. She was in for a movie date. I don't know if that's a valid date date, I just I wanted to know her. No strings yet.

After the movie(This Guy Is In Love With You Mare). We stopped for coffee, shared stories, but I really wanted to focus on knowing her, like I let her do the talking most of the time, and I can't really read her if she does like me too. Basing from her stories her heart seemed to block my intent to like her more. It was obvious that she got hurt so bad from her previous previous previous love life-sss.

I am not sure if she was giving me a signal of threat that one of her exes courted her for a year. Someone courted her and she pushed her away. She told me she got fooled so many times, I wanted to hug her, but I might scare her away.

What really turned me on was her honesty about anything and especially when we were having a little debate on religion. I was flabbergasted. She's just so true and strong. I tried my funny puns, but I am not sure if its worth her love. LOL. I noticed she looked really tired. But I never want to end the date, so I let her ask to be sent home.

With a beso on my right cheek, I felt a sting on my neck. The same feeling I had the night I met her when he was picked up by her driver. I wanted more. I want to prove her wrong that I am not some lesbian who would lie to her more that 5x. I am challenged.

The next morning, I texted her. She seemed preoccupied and very busy. I guess it was about yesterday. I don't want to think about it though.

But I came into a point where I really realized, that when I like someone, it all ends up like this. Hanged. Honestly lahat ng past ko naging like ko na lang nung naging kami na. Haha. No. Ewan. Perhaps busy lang talaga siya or maybe I am not her type. That I am boring good looking geek and too nice to be true. Kafs ko. LOL. I don't know talagaaaaaa. Sana hindi. Sana nafeel niya ung sincerity ko.
